The Provincial People's Committee sets a target that by 2025, the rate of timely announcement and disclosure of administrative procedures will be 100%. The rate of results of handling administrative procedure records of officials, branches and localities fully synchronized on the National Public Service Portal will reach 100%. The rate of providing online public services throughout the total number of eligible administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal will be 100%. The rate of online records to the total number of records of received and settled administrative procedures will reach at least 60%. The rate of online payment will reach at least 80%. The rate of digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement must reach at least 80%. The rate of providing electronic results of administrative procedure settlement must reach 100%. The rate of exploitation and reuse of digitized information and data must reach at least 50%. The rate of timely handling of feedback and recommendations must reach 100%. The level of satisfaction in receiving and handling administrative procedures of people and businesses must reach at least 90%./.
