According to Decision No. 2256/QD-UBND approving the Project on recovery and sustainable development of Quang Ninh Tourism Industry to 2025, with a vision to 2030, issued on August 8, 2023, Quang Ninh strives to develop tourism into a truly spearhead economic sector, affirming its role as a tourism center connecting the region and the world, a leading tourism destination of the country, contributing 15% to GRDP by 2030.
