Cambodian King sends letter of condolences over flood in Vietnam

Upon hearing of the recent serious storm and flood situation in Vietnam, Cambodian King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni sent a letter of condolences to President Luong Cuong.

In his letter of condolence, King Norodom Sihamoni wrote: “In the face of the serious flooding that has occurred in Vietnam in recent days, on behalf of the Cambodian people and on my own behalf, I would like to send to Your Excellency the President our condolences, solidarity and support for the people who have been severely affected by the storm. In this difficult time, we would like to send to Your Excellency the President and the Vietnamese people our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy. From the bottom of my heart, I wish the injured a speedy recovery and that the people's lives will soon stabilize.”
