The resort combined with golf course and ancillary services in Dien Hoa commune with a total planning area of 270 hectares has just been approved for planning by the People's Council of Thua Thien Hue province.
Aiming to concretize the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 and the Thua Thien Hue Urban Master Plan to 2045, with a vision to 2065. The People's Council of Thua Thien Hue province has just issued a resolution approving the task of the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of the Resort combined with golf course and ancillary services in Dien Hoa commune, Phong Dien district.
Accordingly, the planning area of 270 hectares is within the administrative boundaries of Dien Hoa commune (Phong Dien district). The population is about 3,000 people; the number of tourists is 2,300 people/day; and the number of workers serving is 700 people.

This is a high-class resort combining a golf course, service and support areas including: Cultural area, health care area, hotel, resort, golf academy, golf club... designed according to appropriate scale and technical standards, to serve the community and tourists.
Orientation of functional zoning, landscape architecture space and synchronous technical infrastructure system, meeting environmental landscape criteria, in accordance with the goals and orientations of socio-economic development of Phong Dien district and Thua Thien Hue province.
