Planning of 270-hectare resort and golf course

The resort combined with golf course and ancillary services in Dien Hoa commune with a total planning area of ​​270 hectares has just been approved for planning by the People's Council of Thua Thien Hue province.

Aiming to concretize the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 and the Thua Thien Hue Urban Master Plan to 2045, with a vision to 2065. The People's Council of Thua Thien Hue province has just issued a resolution approving the task of the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of the Resort combined with golf course and ancillary services in Dien Hoa commune, Phong Dien district.

Accordingly, the planning area of ​​270 hectares is within the administrative boundaries of Dien Hoa commune (Phong Dien district). The population is about 3,000 people; the number of tourists is 2,300 people/day; and the number of workers serving is 700 people.
