General objectives of V-Skill Foreign Language Project Development Fund

The program is implemented in response to the spirit of the government 's project "Making English the second language in schools" with specific goals:

• Firstly, narrowing theeducational gap between regions (Urban - Rural) by applying online training, helping students in remote provinces and areas access high-quality training programs.

• Second, support the Party and Government resolution to pass the “National Project 2025” to make English the second language.

• Third, take advantage of funding from reputable individuals and organizations to support costs to help many learners gain a basic English foundation without much financial pressure.

• Fourth, turn each citizen into a "Cultural Ambassador" through communicating in foreign languages ​​to spread cultural values, ideas, and the beauty of the country, people, and nation of Vietnam.

Subjects supported by the Fund:

Students (secondary school, high school) - College students - Working people who want to solve the problem of losing their roots or need to improve their English proficiency. Learners have clear goals such as getting an IELTS certificate, taking high school exams, taking university entrance exams, studying abroad,...

*Priority is given to people with merit or children of people with revolutionary contributions, students from remote and rural areas, and ethnic minorities who are prioritized by the Vietnamese government.

1. Learn English online through the "Multidimensional Approach Model - 6F1S" with 6 training departments. The 6 departments include:

• Vietnamese teachers: Possess IELTS from 7.0+ with high expertise, graduated from specialized foreign language and pedagogical schools; understand student psychology. In particular, these are teachers who have trained thousands of candidates to achieve IELTS 6.5, 7.0+.

• Native teachers: 100% from countries where English is the number 1 language (UK, USA, Canada,...), standard pronunciation, with many years of teaching experience in Vietnam.
