Determined to soon put the Resolution of the 6th Provincial Congress of Vietnam Youth Union into life

The Congress set out 13 key targets, launched 3 movements and 1 breakthrough program along with implementation solutions to continue building and consolidating a strong Association organization, contributing young people's efforts to build Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage city and a creative city.

On the sidelines of the Congress, Ninh Binh Newspaper reporters had a quick exchange with a number of delegates attending the Congress, noting their determination to soon put the Congress Resolution into practice.

Expectations of an ideal startup and career ecosystem for young people

As a young entrepreneur, I have noticed that in the 2019-2024 term, the Vietnam Youth Union of the province has taken many practical actions, contributing to creating a favorable start-up and career environment for young people, especially many activities connecting businesses and like-minded entrepreneurs.

Through events, seminars and forums, I have the opportunity to meet and learn from successful businessmen and economic experts; at the same time, expand my network of relationships, seek opportunities for cooperation in production and product consumption.

During the 2024-2029 term, I am pleased that the Vietnam Youth Union of the province continues to implement the movement "Ninh Binh Youth Start-up Innovation" and has proposed many solutions on capital support, science and technology transfer activities, training to improve knowledge, skills, digital transformation in startups...

I hope that the Association at all levels will continue to expand financial support programs, especially research and develop venture capital funds for potential start-up projects; promote international linkage programs, create opportunities for young people to access foreign markets, learn from advanced start-up models in the world. In particular, I hope that the Association will actively advise and propose plans to implement the construction of an innovative start-up center in our province.

I believe that the Center for Innovation and Startup will be a place to spread the support policies of the State and the province on innovation and startups to the community, provide services on innovation and startups, support technology transfer activities, research and development and commercialization of scientific research results, connect resources..., creating a competitive advantage for Ninh Binh in the region and internationally on innovation and startups.

Continue to promote the role of youth in accompanying tourism development

Ninh Binh is known as a land of outstanding people, with a long history and cultural tradition, blessed by nature with many beautiful landscapes, favorable for tourism development. In the context of the country's increasingly comprehensive and profound international integration, young people must increasingly demonstrate their role in preserving and promoting national cultural identity and promoting heritage values.

Implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Youth Union Congress, especially the movement "Ninh Binh Youth accompanying tourism development", in recent times, the Youth Union of the Department of Tourism has deployed and organized many practical activities, typically such as implementing the youth project of Digitizing tourist areas, spots, historical relics in the province; advising on organizing press writing contests on Ninh Binh tourism, Ninh Binh Province's Excellent Tour Guide contests; implementing and handing over the project of Lighting up the Countryside; organizing training courses on communication skills, civilized tourism behavior skills for youth, teenagers and people in tourist areas.

Through the above projects and tasks, young people have the opportunity to learn and improve their knowledge, as well as to propagate and promote the cultural, historical and heritage values of the province, gradually turning Ninh Binh into a centrally-governed city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage city and a creative city.

To contribute to enhancing the role of young people in preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural heritage, accompanying the development of tourism, in the coming time, the Youth Union of the Department of Tourism will continue to strengthen propaganda, education, raising awareness and understanding for young people; build a healthy cultural environment and create conditions for young people to study and practice; organize professional training courses, foreign language training, field trips for union members and young people directly working in tourism; take the lead in applying digital transformation, applying information technology in the field of tourism...

Actively promote and bring the Congress Resolution to ethnic minority youth

It is an honor to be one of the 7 Muong ethnic delegates to attend the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Binh province, term 2024-2029. I see the determination of the youth in the province in implementing the Congress Resolution, in line with the spirit of "Aspiration - Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development".

The Congress approved 13 important targets, including many activities to support ethnic minority youth in preserving and promoting their national cultural identity. These are important orientations in the youth movement and the Association's work in the next 5 years.

Yen Quang Commune (Nho Quan District) - where I live and work, has more than 90% of young people who are Muong ethnic people. As a member of the Youth Union of the commune, I will advise the Union Committee to promote propaganda and disseminate the Congress Resolution to union members and young people in the area, especially mobilizing ethnic minority youth to promote the spirit of volunteerism, study, creative work, and actively participate in building an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.

The early implementation of the Congress Resolution will be a favorable basis, creating motivation for youth in general and ethnic minority youth in the area in particular to have conditions to strive and rise up, have the opportunity to affirm their youth, and participate in contributing to youth projects and tasks.

Quickly implement the Congress Resolution with specific programs and actions.

In the coming time, as a member of the 6th term Committee of the Association and Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Yen Khanh District, I and the District Youth Union Committee will urgently develop a plan and organize the dissemination of the Resolution of the 6th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union to all cadres, members and youth in the district. At the same time, closely follow the Resolution to direct and fully and effectively implement all aspects of the Association's work and youth movements in the area, soon spreading and bringing the Resolution of the Congress into life.

In the content of the Resolution, I am very pleased with the 3 movements and programs of the Association. Through the movements, the potential, creativity, pioneering spirit, and volunteerism of Ninh Binh youth will be clearly promoted, demonstrating the role of youth as the leading and core force in solving new and difficult tasks with the motto "Wherever there is a need, there is youth, wherever there is difficulty, there is youth".

During the 2019-2024 term, the Youth Union at all levels and the youth of Yen Khanh district have made a remarkable mark with more than 600 projects and tasks, the most prominent of which is the installation of exercise and sports equipment at 248 cultural houses in villages, hamlets and streets, helping to improve the spiritual and physical life of the people. The project has also been highly appreciated by the local Party Committee, government and people.

During the 2024-2029 term, the youth of Yen Khanh district oriented to select typical works and tasks towards solving difficult and new tasks, focusing on supporting the repair and concreting of cultural houses in villages, hamlets, and streets; building sports playgrounds suitable for some sports such as volleyball, badminton, etc. Thereby, hoping to continue to contribute young people to build the cultural life of the people of Yen Khanh district in particular, and Ninh Binh province in general, to become increasingly rich and civilized.
