Accordingly, the Dong Nai Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to be established based on the former Binh Phuoc Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association. The Dong Nai Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association currently has over 200 members.

During the mid-term period of the 4th term (2023-2025), the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association has had many outstanding activities such as: connecting and supporting members to participate in programs, training courses, and information sharing, and finding markets for businesses within the association. Social welfare and humanitarian charity work have been emphasized. In recent years, the association has actively mobilized members to participate in many meaningful activities with a total amount of nearly 9 billion VND, such as: the "Thousands of Gifts - Sharing Love" program; supporting people affected by natural disasters; the "Godmother" program; the "Accompanying Women in Border Areas" program…

At the event, the Dong Nai Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association approved its charter, which had been ratified by the Provincial People's Committee. The Association is a socio-professional organization of women entrepreneurs – those who directly manage and operate businesses in the fields of production, business, services, trade, technology, etc. The Association aims to unite its members, protect their legal rights and interests, support each other in effective operations, and contribute to socio-economic development.
The Association contributes to creating an educational environment and encouraging female entrepreneurs to actively participate in the building and development of the country. At the same time, it provides support to members to improve their management and operational skills, expand cooperative investment relationships, and broaden production and business activities.

To adapt to the realities of Dong Nai province after the merger, the Dong Nai Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association held consultations and selected 29 members for its Executive Board. Ms. Giang Thi Lan Thu, former President of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and Director of DOPHARCO Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company, was elected to serve as President of the Dong Nai Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association for the fourth term after the merger.
In this new phase, the Dong Nai Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association will continue to connect, develop, and expand its scale of operations, establish more branches in the southern region of Dong Nai, and recruit more new members; building a team of dynamic and creative women entrepreneurs ready to contribute alongside the entire political system in economic development, job creation, and the implementation of social welfare programs.
