
At the event, Chargé d'Affaires of the Canadian Embassy in Vietnam Leigh McCumber said that after being licensed to import into Vietnam from the end of 2024, 2025 will be the first season that Canadian blueberries will be present in the Vietnamese market.
This is a significant milestone in the journey of connecting high-quality agricultural products between the two countries. With a refreshing, sweet taste, Canadian blueberries are known as “green diamonds” thanks to their high nutrient content, rich in antioxidants, supporting vision, improving memory, boosting immunity and protecting cardiovascular health.
Klever group, the fruit import ecosystem, is the unit that brings Canadian blueberries from the 2025 crop to Vietnam from South Alder farm, one of the leading farms in the Fraser Valley (British Columbia, Canada).
