Kinhtedothi - On January 21, the Hanoi Youth Union, the Hanoi Police and the Hanoi Traffic Safety Committee launched a campaign to maintain security, order and traffic safety during the Lunar New Year and the Spring Festival of At Ty 2025.

Minimize traffic accidents involving teenagers, especially those caused by the use of alcohol, beer and stimulants.

According to the plan, in 2025, units will step up propaganda on social networking sites and information channels of the Union; organize safe driving competitions; sign commitments not to drive in a zigzag manner, race and cheer for illegal racing, causing public disorder and traffic safety; not to use stimulants when driving vehicles; mobilize 100% of union members, teenagers and children to wear standard helmets when riding motorbikes or sitting behind motorbikes and scooters...
