Launching a youth volunteer army to support the operation of the 2-level local government model

According to information from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at the launching ceremony: On the morning of July 7, about 4,800 youth volunteer teams with more than 240,000 union members and young people simultaneously launched in 3,321 communes, wards and special zones nationwide.

With the motto "Understanding the area - Solid technology - Dedicated support - Effective dissemination", the youth volunteer teams will focus on implementing practical activities such as: Supporting civil servants in handling administrative procedures; guiding people to use online public services, register for VNeID electronic identification accounts; organizing mobile technology consulting points and coordinating communications to raise awareness of digital transformation in the community.

The program is implemented with the aim of promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of union members and young people in supporting local authorities in performing administrative tasks and digital transformation; at the same time, helping people effectively access online public services. This is also an environment for training and dedication for young people, contributing to the construction of digital government and digital society right from the commune, ward and special economic zone levels. The operation period of the teams takes place in 2 months (from July to the end of August 2025).

In Ninh Binh , the Provincial Youth Union has established 130 volunteer youth teams (with about 2,600 youth union members) to support the operation of the new government model in 129 communes, wards and the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

Immediately after the broadcast of the Launch Ceremony ended, youth volunteer teams in the province quickly deployed activities to support people in completing administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and communes and wards; at the same time, propagandizing and disseminating the Party's policies and the State's laws to the people...

On this occasion, Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and delegates visited and encouraged the youth union members who were on duty to support people at the Hoa Lu Ward Public Administration Service Center. He hoped that the youth union members would enhance their sense of responsibility, actively support people in effectively carrying out administrative procedures, contributing to the construction of digital government and digital society in the locality.
