6. Enoki mushroom soup with meatballs
Finely chop garlic and onion and fry until slightly golden brown, then add tomato wedges and stir-fry until cooked. When tomatoes are cooked, pour in 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Wait until squash and mushrooms are cooked, then turn off the heat, add green onions and pepper.
9. Crispy fried enoki mushrooms

Put the pan on the stove and add a little oil until the pan is hot, then add the onions and saute until fragrant. Next, add the meat and shrimp to stir-fry together, season with 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce and fish sauce (to taste) and stir gently. Next, add the carrots and mushrooms to stir-fry until cooked, then turn off the stove. Put the green onions and pepper in the pan and take them out into a small bowl for dipping.
10. Spicy Chinese Enoki Mushrooms
Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, then add enoki mushrooms. When the mushrooms are cooked, remove and drain. Boil the lean meat, cut into small pieces like chopsticks. Take a medium bowl, add lemon juice, sugar, MSG, fish sauce and stir until dissolved, then add garlic, chili and satay, stir again.
11. Enoki mushroom porridge

Steam the cassava and carrots. Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and season. Add the sauteed mushrooms to the porridge and season again.
