As Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches, life in the flower village becomes even more bustling. Across the fields, young men are busy loading flowers onto trucks for transport to various destinations. The price of a pair of chrysanthemums ranges from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND (small) and from 1,500,000 to 3,000,000 VND (large). The higher prices offered by traders compared to previous years not only provide flower growers with a good income and a joyful Tet celebration, but also bring pride to the flower village's brand. This contributes to building a sustainable specialized cultivation area and applying new techniques, shaping a new direction for local agriculture .

Ve Giang commune in Quang Ngai province has 1,200 households growing flowers, with some households cultivating 1,000 to 1,500 pots. This is the largest chrysanthemum flower growing village in Central Vietnam for the Lunar New Year.
