At the seminar, speakers discussed technology trends, opportunities and challenges for businesses in the digital age, providing many practical perspectives and new development directions.
The seminar was attended by representatives of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ), ACCESSTRADE Vietnam, many experts in the field of digital marketing, along with hundreds of young entrepreneurs and students interested in the field of innovation and AI technology.
Accompanying young people on the journey of innovation
In his opening speech, Mr. Le Trung Dung, Deputy Head of the Center for E-commerce and Digital Technology Development (Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy - Ministry of Industry and Trade) emphasized that in the context of digital transformation taking place strongly around the world, artificial intelligence (AI) is considered the "golden key" to help Vietnamese enterprises improve their competitiveness, innovate business models and develop sustainably.
Mr. Dung said that recently, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy has implemented many training programs, coaching and supporting activities for young people and startups in accessing and applying AI in practice, especially in e-commerce, communication and content creation.

According to Mr. Dung, AI is no longer something far away, but is becoming a powerful assistant that helps users easily implement ideas, optimize workflows, and even remove psychological barriers when creating content thanks to smart, flexible support tools.
Mr. Dung emphasized, “Technology Playground – AI and Innovation for Future Life” is a continuation of the series of programs that the Department accompanies young people, aiming to create opportunities to learn, experience and apply AI in a practical way, thereby mastering technology and developing creative business models.
AI does not replace humans, but enhances humans
At the seminar, Mr. Hoang Manh Ha - Deputy General Director of ACCESSTRADE Vietnam shared insights into the future of Content Creator in the AI era. Mr. Ha affirmed that artificial intelligence is playing a key role in supporting content creation, improving productivity and communication quality of businesses.

According to Mr. Ha, AI tools not only help shorten content production time, but also open up many new creative spaces, helping businesses optimize communication strategies and increase customer reach. Mr. Ha also predicts that prominent technology trends such as AI, short videos, livestreams and online money making models will continue to grow strongly in the coming time, opening up many opportunities for both businesses and content creators.
In particular, Mr. Ha emphasized that in the AI era, technology does not replace humans, but is a tool to help people become more creative and effective. To seize the opportunities from the transformation of the digital age, he advised young people - future content creators - to focus on three core elements:
1. Master digital tools and skills to leverage the power of AI;
2. Invest in experiences and learning to develop depth of content;
3. Build a clear vision of your personal business model, turning innovation into sustainable value.
AI opens a new step for the affiliate model
From the perspective of a content creator, Ms. Bui Hoang Le, Director of Talent House ACCESSTRADE Vietnam, representative of the KOC Vietnam group, shared that the application of AI tools has helped KOC, especially students and young entrepreneurs, optimize the content production process, improve image quality and personalize the experience for viewers.

Ms. Le said that from 2019 to now, as a pioneer in the field of Affiliate Marketing, she has led and trained many generations of content creators in typical communities such as DC Idol, Ong Giao Review, CallMeDuy, KOC Vietnam... Through the process of accompanying Creators, she realized that AI is opening a new step forward for the affiliate model, when helping content creators analyze data, optimize promotion strategies and double revenue efficiency.
According to Ms. Le, AI does not replace humans, but is a powerful assistant that helps young creators save time, explore new ideas and improve competitiveness in the digital economy. The combination of creative thinking and AI tools will be the key to helping the generation of KOCs, students and young entrepreneurs increase their income sustainably and affirm their position in the currently rapidly developing digital content market.

A key activity at the Seminar is the technology practice and experience program, focusing on in-depth topics on the application of artificial intelligence in content creation and marketing for brands. The program brings a series of interactive activities and practical experiences such as real-life video demos using AI tools, workshops on AI applications to optimize products and content for brands, and presentations of creative startup ideas by startup groups to a panel of experts.

Within the framework of the event, the “Smart Tech Innovator 2025” Award Ceremony was held to honor groups and individuals with outstanding contributions in applying new technology.
