Simultaneously, from October 21st, SCB officially ceased operations of the Dinh Bo Linh transaction office, with its full Vietnamese name being Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Tan Dinh Branch - Dinh Bo Linh Transaction Office. The Dinh Bo Linh transaction office was located at 121 Dinh Bo Linh Street, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Previously, on October 14th, SCB ceased operations of the Do Xuan Hop transaction office, whose full Vietnamese name was Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank - East Saigon Branch - Do Xuan Hop Transaction Office. The Do Xuan Hop transaction office was located at 359E Do Xuan Hop Street, Phuoc Long B Housing Project, Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

For example, fraudsters use remote access programs to access personal computers and phones, gaining control of the devices to carry out transactions and steal money from victims, due to users installing software or accessing websites containing malware.
