The Digital Transformation of Banking Industry event was honored to have the participation of the Prime Minister and leaders of the State, ministries, branches and many credit institutions. The Head of Government emphasized that the goal of digital transformation is to help connect and facilitate transactions between commercial banks with people, businesses and the state, contributing to the country's rapid and sustainable development, contributing to the development of the digital economy , digital government, digital society, digital citizens; contributing to stabilizing the macro economy, controlling inflation, and ensuring major balances of the economy.
In line with the policy of digital transformation of the banking sector, aiming to develop a national digital ecosystem, SHB is constantly investing in developing digital initiatives, in which digital payment solutions for businesses and public administrative units are given special priority. SHB's integrated payment solution was presented to the leaders of the Government and ministries, departments and branches.

For example, the integrated payment solution presented at the banking digital transformation festival received attention and high appreciation for the practical benefits it brings to customers in the healthcare sector. For patients, integrated payment using QR codes helps customers easily pay for medical examination and treatment services without having to carry cash. QR codes are placed at hospital cashiers or attached to each examination form, prescription form, etc. Patients/patients' relatives can use the Mobile Banking application of all banks to scan the QR code to pay hospital fees. Therefore, the payment process/value is updated in real time throughout the medical examination process, helping patients clearly understand the costs and make payments easily. With the new integrated payment solution, the payment experience of patients/patients' relatives is seamless and convenient, saving a lot of time and effort.
On the hospital side, facilities will optimize human resources, minimize overload and payment queues. This solution also helps to make revenue and expenditure transparent, effectively manage cash flow, and prevent fraud. Expenses are made public, collected/reimbursed based on the progress of medical examination and treatment and services.
In addition, the integrated payment solution is an important step contributing to the national digital transformation process by promoting the connection of the national data system with public administrative agencies and departments. With this solution, personal medical records will be linked with national data, contributing to the gradual completion of the country's digital ecosystem, helping to improve the efficiency of State management, improve the quality of service to the people, and be ready to enter the era of national development.
With a vision towards the Bank of the Future model, SHB will gradually create more solutions and services to serve people, businesses, administrative units and the country. Bank of the Future will fully integrate modern, leading technology platforms such as AI, Big Data, Machine Learning... into all processes, solutions, services and products.
