Vietnam's key foreign cultural event
With the aim of honoring the value of cultural diversity and enhancing people-to-people exchanges, the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi is a key cultural foreign activity of Vietnam in 2025, gathering 48 participating countries, a cultural event that gathers a record number of representative agencies. This is also a step closely following the Party and Government's direction on internationalizing national cultural identity and nationalizing the quintessence of world culture.
This exciting and meaningful activity is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People's Committee, taking place from October 10 to 12, 2025 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Center - a UNESCO-recognized World Cultural Heritage. T&T Group and Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB ) are honored to accompany this special event.

The World Culture Festival in Hanoi has 45 national cultural spaces; 34 international culinary booths; 23 domestic and foreign art troupes; 12 units introducing books and publications and 22 countries participating in the international film screening program.
The opening and closing ceremonies gathered many famous Vietnamese artists such as Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Truc Nhan, Hoang Thuy Linh... and international artists, bringing emotional performances, harmoniously combining tradition and modernity. The ceremonies all combined cross-art performances and 3D Mapping projections, which were the convergence of five continents in creative light and solidarity. All were moved in three-dimensional space with the message "Culture is the bridge of humanity, creativity is the common language of the world".
In addition, there are other attractive and spectacular art programs such as: Fashion Show - "Heritage Footsteps" taking place on the evening of October 11, 2025 at the central stage. The "Heritage Footsteps" program is a unique highlight of the festival, gathering nearly 100 traditional costumes from participating countries.

For three days, from October 10 to 12, 2025, Thang Long Imperial Citadel has become the "common home" of the world, where music, colors, flavors and emotions harmonize in an atmosphere of friendship and solidarity. With the motto "Culture is the foundation - Art is the means", the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi is not only a large-scale cultural event, but also a typical cultural diplomacy activity of Vietnam in 2025, aiming to become an annual event of international stature.
Compassionate journey towards communities heavily affected by natural disasters
The event is not only a friendly meeting of cultures around the world, but also a humanitarian journey towards communities heavily affected by natural disasters, demonstrating the spirit of international solidarity in solving common global challenges, including the issue of climate change, which no country can stand aside from.
In particular, within the framework of the festival, a charity auction and donation program was held to support people affected by storms and floods. At the end of the program, the total amount of money collected from the auction and the support of the audience and donors reached 2.5 billion VND. In particular, representatives of T&T Group and SHB Bank successfully auctioned the painting "Ancient Cheo and Kite Flute on the Golden Field" by artist Ngo Ba Hoang for 1 billion VND. All the funds raised will be transferred to localities affected by floods, to support the reconstruction of houses, schools and civil works.

According to the Organizing Committee, the World Culture Festival not only honors cultural diversity, but also demonstrates the spirit of humanity - when people, regardless of language or skin color, still share the same heart and spirit of solidarity, joining hands to heal the world, for a better life.
