From January 15, 2025, the time to handle administrative procedures in the field of business registration will be shortened from 3 days to 2 days by the Department of Planning and Investment.

From January 15, 2025, the Department of Planning and Investment of the province will shorten the time to handle administrative procedures in the field of business registration from 3 working days as prescribed to 2 days from the date of receiving complete and valid documents.

In order to facilitate the reduction of time for administrative procedures in the field of business registration, the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment recommends that investors and enterprises, when preparing business registration dossiers, carefully study and declare information accurately and completely according to the form posted in the folder "Guidelines and forms for business registration procedures" via the link http://dangkykinhdoanh.haiduong.info.vn, or http://haiduong.gov.vn or http://sokhdt.haiduong.gov.vn on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the Electronic Information Page of the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment. Submit documents for business registration procedures via the electronic information network (at the National Business Registration Portal via the link http://dangkyquamang.dkkd.gov.vn).

Previously, at the meeting and discussion between the Provincial People's Committee and investors in the industrial park on December 28, 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment committed to shortening the time for handling administrative procedures in granting business registration certificates to enterprises in the province, contributing to creating conditions for enterprises to enter the market as quickly and conveniently as possible. At the same time, improving the quality and efficiency of public service provision, promoting the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures, serving investors and enterprises better and better.

In 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment received and processed nearly 10,000 administrative procedure files. Of which, nearly 7,000 files were processed ahead of schedule, and over 2,000 files were processed on time. The rate of files received and processed online reached 85%; 100% of administrative procedure files had their components and results digitized. During the year, the province had 2,000 newly established enterprises.
