At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Women's Union reported on the results achieved in the work of the union and women's movement in the first 6 months of the year, deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; results of implementing Project 938, Project 939. Units shared presentations on the current situation and solutionsto educate students about gender equality, eliminate gender stereotypes, life skills and prevent and combat abuse for students, especially female students; promoted the role of women's unions at all levels in applying information technology to carry out life skills propaganda for women and girls, contributing to the effective implementation of Project 938. At the same time, shared experiences in applying science and technology and innovation in supporting women to start sustainable businesses; female union members shared about their entrepreneurial journey.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the association at all levels mobilized nearly 1 billion VND to provide livelihoods, support necessities, and cash to women in difficult circumstances; built 11 "Shelters of Love" houses, repaired 6 houses for members and women in difficult circumstances; awarded 60 scholarships to orphans, with 20 newly sponsored orphans. In addition, the association at all levels developed 1,980 new members; planted and cared for 2,360 trees; organized 1,415 environmental cleaning campaigns on women's self-managed roads; gave thousands of gifts to women, children, and lonely elderly people...
Implementing Project 938, from 2017 to present, the association at all levels has disseminated and provided information on preserving and training moral qualities, legal awareness... to 275,500 members, women, parents with children under 16 years old; organized 4,292 communication and training sessions, attracting more than 132,000 members to participate; maintained 480 trusted addresses, 235 "5 no, 3 clean" family clubs, 147 happy family clubs and 122 models of preventing and combating violence and drugs; supported nearly 1,000 orphans...

In the period of 2017-2025, implementing Project 939, the whole province supported 1,650 women to start businesses; consulted and supported 231 newly established enterprises managed by women; supported the establishment of 24 cooperative groups and 10 cooperatives managed by women; supported 1,861 women to borrow 156.8 billion VND from preferential capital sources to start sustainable businesses. The Provincial Women's Union organized markets and festivals to display and introduce more than 350 start-up products, OCOP, typical of localities and units...

Also at the conference, the Provincial Women's Union launched the "Digital Literacy" movement, aiming to improve digital capacity for members and women in the period of comprehensive digital transformation.
On this occasion, the Executive Board of Project 938 awarded certificates of merit to 16 groups and 18 individuals with achievements in implementing the project; the Executive Board of Project 939 awarded certificates of merit to 11 groups and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the project.
