The Vietnamese women's team played very bravely against their opponents.

Despite losing early, coach Mai Duc Chung's students were not discouraged and continued to put pressure on the opponent's goal, but the style of play of the kangaroo country's women's team made it difficult for the home team.

In the 17th minute, the home team's net continued to shake when McKenna took a tricky shot into the goal, raising the score to 2-0 for Australia.

Despite losing two consecutive goals, the Vietnamese women's team still maintained their determination and tried to launch attacks to find a goal. However, the superior physique and physical strength of the opponent caused many difficulties for the Vietnamese women's team.

Right at the beginning of the second half, coach Mai Duc Chung sent Hai Linh in to replace Thai Thi Thao, in order to control the game and have better passes, but the opportunity still did not come to the Vietnamese women's team, although coach Mai Duc Chung's students also tried very hard and persevered.

Towards the end of the match, the Vietnamese female players showed more and more impatience, many opportunities were created, but it was not until the 88th minute that Bich Thuy scored a goal to shorten the score to 1-2 for the Vietnamese team from an extremely impressive solo play.
