Over the past 5 years, the Department of Justice has always actively responded to emulation movements launched by superiors, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; at the same time, paying attention to discovering, building, propagating and replicating advanced models. Emulation and reward work is timely, public, transparent and in accordance with regulations. The work of building, appraising, inspecting, reviewing and systematizing legal documents has been advised and implemented promptly and synchronously. The Department has organized 8 online legal competitions with more than 121,000 participants; won third prize at the 4th National Excellent Mediator Competition organized by the Ministry of Justice ; organized 4 investigations and surveys in key, interdisciplinary areas. The entire sector has completed the digitization and officially transferred 1,461,170 data to the electronic civil status database of the Ministry of Justice; Completed 100% review of incorrect birth registration data between the electronic civil status database and the national population database; processed backlog of judicial records information and transferred state management tasks and issuance of judicial records to the Provincial Police; conducted 45 administrative inspections, specialized inspections, 50 inspections on judicial administration, judicial support, anti-corruption, etc. The Department continuously ranked well in terms of administrative reform results. The satisfaction index of organizations and individuals with the service of the Department every year always met and exceeded the target assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. In addition, the Department, together with the Emulation Bloc of internal affairs agencies, supported the construction of 10 houses for poor households, policy households, and households in difficult circumstances.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the whole sector has 77 collectives and 118 individuals receiving certificates of merit from the Ministry of Justice and the Provincial People's Committee; Khanh Hoa Justice sector is continuously ranked excellent; in 2021 and 2024, it received the emulation flag of the Ministry of Justice. The Department has recognized 42 grassroots emulation fighters; 3 collectives and 15 typical individuals in the period of 2020 - 2025.
