The reason is that some vehicle owners who violate road traffic safety order have not come to the authorities to resolve the incident according to regulations (the authorities have posted warnings on the inspection system), some cases of vehicle owners not proactively maintaining and repairing the vehicle before taking the vehicle for inspection, leading to damage, so the vehicle owners have to go back and forth many times, causing congestion of vehicles at the inspection facilities,...

To overcome the above situations and ensure the synchronous implementation of solutions to improve the quality of motor vehicle inspection services in Hanoi, the Hanoi Department of Construction requests organizations, individuals, and automobile transport businesses to implement a series of solutions.

People need to look up the status of fines before taking their vehicles for inspection to avoid wasting time.

Specifically, proactively look up vehicles with fines on the Ministry of Public Security 's VNeTraffic application or the TTDK application - Vehicle inspection appointment scheduling system to resolve the case according to regulations. Proactively maintain, repair, and fix vehicle damage (if any) before taking the vehicle for inspection.
