According to the leader of the Hanoi Department of Construction, through understanding the actual situation, the number of vehicles coming for vehicle inspection at inspection facilities in Hanoi has increased recently, at times there have been long queues for inspection. The reason is that some vehicle owners who violate road traffic safety order have not come to the authorities to resolve the incident according to regulations (the authorities have posted warnings on the inspection system), some cases of vehicle owners not proactively maintaining and repairing the vehicle before taking the vehicle for inspection, leading to damage, so the vehicle owners have to go back and forth many times, causing congestion of vehicles at the inspection facilities,...
To overcome the above situations and ensure the synchronous implementation of solutions to improve the quality of motor vehicle inspection services in Hanoi, the Hanoi Department of Construction requests organizations, individuals, and automobile transport businesses to implement a series of solutions.
People need to look up the status of fines before taking their vehicles for inspection to avoid wasting time.
Specifically, proactively look up vehicles with fines on the Ministry of Public Security 's VNeTraffic application or the TTDK application - Vehicle inspection appointment scheduling system to resolve the case according to regulations. Proactively maintain, repair, and fix vehicle damage (if any) before taking the vehicle for inspection. Be proactive and flexible in registering for an appointment in advance through the vehicle inspection appointment scheduling software of the Vietnam Register and direct registration forms to limit congestion and save time when bringing the vehicle for inspection.
Along with that, the Department of Construction also requires motor vehicle inspection facilities in Hanoi to strengthen training on professional ethics, behavioral culture, and communication skills for all leaders and employees in the unit; Thoroughly educate inspectors and professional staff not to arbitrarily make requests that are contrary to regulations on inspection procedures; Forecast the demand and prepare human resources to report and propose to the Vietnam Register to promptly provide professional training, issue inspection certificates to create a source of reserve inspectors and professional staff to ensure stable operation of the unit.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to organize traffic flow, arrange reasonable exit and entry routes to ensure traffic safety and order for people and vehicles when coming to inspect vehicles; Strengthen propaganda work to vehicle owners and businesses to fully prepare the conditions according to regulations to reduce time, avoid having to inspect multiple times such as: Strictly implement regulations on vehicle registration; proactively check, maintain and repair vehicles before going for inspection; look up information on fines via warning software, do not arbitrarily change the structure and assembly of the vehicle, etc.
