Investors must report to the Department of Construction before October 15.

The Department of Construction also said that the investor is currently fixing the wall cracks and leaks due to the construction being under warranty at buildings CT1, CT2, CT3 and CT4, the Social Housing Apartment project at lot B4-1 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City, with the commercial name The Ori Garden, invested by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company.

Workers are repairing leaks and cracks in the walls at the Social Housing Apartment Project at lot B4-1 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area.

Previously, Nguoi Dua Tin reported that the Social Housing Apartment Project at lot B4-1 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area has a total of 1,549 apartments, of which about 80 apartments have water seepage and cracked walls.

Most of the apartments have water seepage in the cracks of the glass doors, which are directly exposed to rain. The cause is that the construction unit did not carefully construct the gaskets and cracks between the windows and the walls. The construction units in these 4 buildings are Licogi13 Joint Stock Company - Construction Foundation (LICOGI13-FC) and Samcons Vietnam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (SAMCONS).

In addition, there is a situation where the elevator area tiles have fallen and broken, in buildings CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4.

Mr. Duong The Nhung, Head of the Management Board of the Social Housing Apartment Project at Lot B4-1 in the Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area, said that this project has only been put into operation since May, so technical problems may arise during use. In particular, water seepage must go through the first rainy season to be detected.

Part of the structure has been repaired after cracks and leaks were discovered.

The project is still under warranty, the investor and contractors will quickly provide warranty and repair.

After receiving information from residents, the Investor will coordinate with the Management Board to outline a plan for the progress of problem resolution for residents, contact the owners of apartments with defects and schedule an appointment with the contractor to conduct a survey of the water-logged areas and come up with a solution. The resolution depends largely on the appointment time from the apartment owners.

The handling of defects in buildings and apartments due to the impact of heavy rain will be updated and reported weekly by the Operation Management Board, BPmax Real Estate Management and Exploitation Joint Stock Company for residents to easily follow.

According to the announcement of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City, the social housing apartment project at lot B4-1 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area is invested by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is located in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District. The project consists of 4 apartment blocks with 21 floors above ground, an elevator shaft and 1 basement. Apartment areas range from 35m2 to 85m2.
