Da Nang approves nearly 540 billion VND to build an intersection

The project belongs to Group B, with a total investment of nearly 540 billion VND from the central and city budgets, and is being implemented in Hoa Vang district. The implementation period is from 2025 to 2028.

The project will invest in the construction and completion of a grade-separated interchange based on the principle of making the most of the invested and constructed section of the Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway project.

Specifically, building a bridge on National Highway 14B over the expressway, the first section of the bridge is invested in accordance with the scale of National Highway 14B being deployed. Taking advantage of and expanding the existing bridge of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway at Km78+144.31.

The project will expand the Hoa Lien - Quang Ngai radial branch within the intersection to ensure indirect left-turn connections, synchronous with the scale of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway under construction.

The project also completed and built branches, service roads for people, electricity, lighting, signal lights, and drainage.

This is the intersection between the two expressways Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan and Da Nang - Quang Ngai. During holidays and Tet, heavy traffic often causes congestion.

Previously, on May 13, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed a decision assigning the People's Committee of Da Nang City to receive and manage the intersection of National Highway 14B with the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway.
