
The delegation led by Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Bui Duy Cuong visited Mr. Luong Nhu Phuc (born in 1928, Dong Cham village), a war invalid who was imprisoned by the enemy and later returned to continue working at Tien Duoc Commune Health Station, and Mr. Nguyen Van Cu (born in 1943, Xuan Duc village), a former soldier who participated in the resistance war against the US and is currently a 60-year Party member.
On this occasion, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Soc Son commune, Vuong Nguyen Minh, also visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres. The delegation visited Ms. Le Thi Chinh (born in 1924, Ca village), who used to be a liaison for the revolutionary base, and after 1945 joined the local guerrillas; Ms. Le Thi Mui (born in 1925, Ca village), a pre-uprising cadre who used to participate in the Women's Association for National Salvation; and Mr. Nguyen Van Them (born in 1948, Dong Danh village), a veteran who was imprisoned by the enemy but remained loyal and maintained the revolutionary spirit.

In the families, the leaders of Soc Son commune expressed their deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations, and at the same time hoped that the families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition and be shining examples in the community. The leaders of the commune called on all people to join hands to organize well the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, contributing to educating the revolutionary tradition, fostering patriotism, and responsibility for building and defending the Fatherland among the people...
