Vietnam Red Cross Society gives gifts to poor households and policy families affected by natural disasters

On October 10, a working delegation of the Vietnam Red Cross Society visited and presented gifts to support poor and near-poor households and policy families with special circumstances affected by floods in Group 10, Quan Trieu Ward.

Representatives of the Vietnam Red Cross Society presented gifts to support Mr. Nguyen Van Lan's family, a near-poor household, in group 10, Quan Trieu ward.

Here, the delegation presented 10 gifts to poor households, near-poor households and policy families with special circumstances. Each gift included necessities and 1 million VND in cash, along with gifts from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Red Cross.

The delegation also directly visited and encouraged households, including Mr. Nguyen Van Lan, who is near-poor, and Mrs. Tran Thi Dau and Mrs. Tran Thi Sau, who are poor.

Group 10, Quan Trieu ward, has more than 240 households, all deeply flooded, suffering heavy property damage, directly affecting life and production.
