The festival was organized by the Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Trade Union and the Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board; attracting the participation of nearly 1,000 union members, youth, and workers of industrial parks in the province.

At the festival, there were many exciting activities such as: Organizing a contest for young workers' talents; honoring union members, young people, skilled workers, and those with technical initiatives that benefit the business; honoring exemplary grassroots union presidents; providing free health check-ups and consultations.

In addition, there are fire prevention and fighting training; organizing physical games, folk games; lucky draws; finals of men's and women's mini soccer tournaments and women's volleyball tournaments...

According to the organizers, the activity not only creates connections, improves spiritual and physical life but also affirms society's concern for workers - a force that plays an important role in the province's development.

At the same time, through the event, relevant departments and branches can listen, share and together build an increasingly better living and working environment for young workers.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province considered providing subsidies to more than 120 union members and workers (each worth 1 million VND); and presented 40 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.
