VIETNAMESE TEA IN THE PERSON FOR HEALTH AND COMBINED WITH VIETNAMESE GINSENG
In the world as well as in Asia and in Vietnam, tea has been known as a popular drink for thousands of years. Before Vietnamese people considered tea a daily drink, tea was known as a herb with high medicinal properties, good for health. The Shennong Herbal Classic by Ton Hoang Dien, Qing Dynasty wrote that tea has a bitter taste, drinking it makes you clear-headed, alert, sleeps less, feels light, and brightens the eyes... Japanese Zen master Vinh Tay believes that tea is a panacea for health preservation, a miracle for increasing longevity. Vietnam has many precious tea material regions such as ancient tea trees in Hoang Lien Son range, Oolong tea Bao Loc, Lam Dong... considered the tea capital of Vietnam.

Along with that, Ngoc Linh mountain ginseng is considered one of the ginsengs with the highest saponin content, almost twice as much as Korean ginseng. The effects of Ngoc Linh ginseng help fight stress, stimulate the immune system, fight oxidation, aging, prevent cancer, and protect the liver.
At the "International Ginseng and Medicinal Herbs 2024" festival, the Doi Dep brand has successfully developed a tea product combining premium tea with Ngoc Linh ginseng from Tu Mo Rong. This combination is based on the traditional medicine foundation according to the method of King - Minister - Assistant - Envoy. In which, Quan Duoc is a tea product from carefully selected Oolong ingredients in the famous King Lo land in Lam Dong province called Dai Hoang Bao. The way to process this type of tea is an interesting story about the breakthrough of Vietnamese tea artisans when they dare to change the thousand-year-old tea making principle of China and Taiwan. The processed tea will have a shimmering golden color like the king's dragon robe, the tea leaves will be green as if they were still fresh on the branches. The aroma and taste of the tea blend strongly, changing, showing the deep essence of the tea.

The elixir is a powdered essence made from 6-year-old Ngoc Linh ginseng. The raw materials chosen to make ginseng must meet very high standards and the ginseng must come from the Tu Mo Rong region. When mixed with Hoang Bao tea, Ngoc Linh ginseng must support each other, not overpowering the aroma, color, taste, or shape of the tea. To aid in the combination of Quan Duoc Tea and Than Duoc Ginseng, Doi Dep artisans used excipients made from ginseng leaves. In particular, the binder of these ingredients is the porcelain medicine taken from ginseng tubers and roots and some special ingredients. All the ingredients from Quan - Than - Ta - Su are mixed together to create a drink that achieves a high level of sophistication in enjoyment, a drink that is good for the five internal organs and good for health.

TEA IN CULTURAL PERSPECTIVE
In terms of popular tea culture, unlike many other countries, where tea drinking originates from the upper class and the religious community, Vietnam started tea drinking from the simplicity and honesty of the rural people and developed it widely to other classes with many rich tea drinking styles. That proves the origin of tea, which is a friend and companion throughout the history of the ancient Vietnamese agricultural residents since ancient times. The Vietnamese rice civilization considers rice as the national food, so tea is the national drink.
Tea is even more special with its quintessence and opens up the philosophy of human beings. Tea can be called "Vietnamese national drink". Recently, at the Hung Temple festival, besides the ritual of offering products, Vietnamese descendants offered King Hung "Vietnamese national drink", with To An Di Diep tea being the type of tea made to offer to the National Ancestor. The tea ingredients are carefully selected from the best tea leaves of the spring crop in the famous King Lo tea region in Lam Dong. To An Di Diep is made in extremely limited quantities to offer to the National Ancestor Hung King on March 10. After the offering, the tea will be given back to the tea master when he comes to the annual National Ancestor Commemoration Ceremony at Hung Temple - Lam Dong.
