Le Ngang Troi is a hit song that is loved by a large audience. The song is currently in the top trending on Zing MP3, reaching over 6 million listens on YouTube and over 1 billion views on TikTok.
Recently, musician A Tuan - the author of the song - was upset when Le ngang troi was illegally exploited by some units and individuals. Sharing with reporters, A Tuan said that he felt disrespected by this situation.

Musician A Tuan specifically named Nam Em for using the song "Le ngang troi" without permission (Photo: Facebook character).
“To have a song reach the audience, the artist must trade time, money and effort. I invested a lot of money in Le Ngang Troi with the hope of bringing a polished, quality product. However, recently many people have arbitrarily used the song, even taking revenue from the original version,” he said.
According to A Tuan, after being discovered, some cases only “apologized for the sake of formality”, making him feel even more disrespected. The male musician specifically named singers Nam Em and Luu Hung as those who used the song without contacting the author.
Regarding Nam Em, A Tuan said that the two had never met, only knew each other through the media and activities in the artist world. Nam Em sang the song Le Ngang Troi again and introduced it as a performance product, but had never contacted him.
“I don’t forbid anyone from singing my songs, but at least there should be a greeting or mention of the author’s name. That is basic courtesy in the profession,” said musician A Tuan.
As for singer Luu Hung, he said he did not agree with his juniors arbitrarily changing song lyrics without the author's consent.
“I don’t want things to get messy, but if someone continues to be disrespectful, I will take measures to protect my rights. I want to protect the product so that its creative value is properly respected,” A Tuan affirmed.
The male musician added that he is considering legal measures if copyright infringement continues, and called on artists and audiences to build a civilized musical environment that respects copyright.
On her personal page, Nam Em responded after the incident. The female singer said she “learned from her experience and will only use her own music in the future”. However, this response continues to cause controversy. Many viewers believe that the female singer needs to realize her mistake in “freeloading” music, and should have a more receptive and professional attitude.
Meanwhile, singer Luu Hung has yet to respond to the incident.
