Huong Giang and other beauties landed in Thailand to attend Miss Universe 2025

(Dan Tri) - The Miss Universe 2025 contest officially kicked off on November 1 in Thailand, gathering more than 100 contestants from all over the world. Vietnam's representative is beauty Huong Giang.

This year, the Miss Universe 2025 pageant also has many changes in the organization such as: No age limit for contestants; allowing transgender contestants, married contestants and contestants with children to participate. Thanks to these adjustments, the 2025 season is considered the most diverse and comprehensive in history, gathering quality contestants from all continents.

Immediately after arriving in Thailand, the beauties quickly took photos and shared the "hot" moments on social networks, expressing their excitement for the first activities arranged by the Organizing Committee.

The contest takes place in the context of Thailand holding a state funeral for Queen Mother Sirikit. The organizers said that the contest will still take place as usual. However, some content will be adjusted to suit the actual situation in the host country. The final round of the contest will take place on November 21.

On October 31, Huong Giang arrived in Thailand to begin her journey to conquer the Miss Universe crown. Before that, at the airport in Vietnam, she received support and good luck wishes from many fans.

As soon as she appeared in Thailand, she quickly attracted the attention of international media and fans, because she was the first transgender contestant from Asia to participate in this prestigious beauty pageant.

The appearance of Huong Giang is considered a special milestone, marking a new step in expanding the criteria of the global Miss Universe contest.

Miss Universe Canada, Jaime VandenBerg, is 1.75m tall and has a BA in Philosophy, majoring in Legal Theory and is studying Law. The 28-year-old beauty also has extensive experience in beauty pageants, having been crowned Miss World Canada 2021 and entered the top 40 of Miss World 2021.

Miss Universe Uruguay, Valeria Baladan, appeared energetic at the airport to prepare to travel to Thailand.

Miss Universe Slovakia, Viktoria Güllová, possesses an elegant and gentle appearance.

Miss Universe Venezuela, Stephany Abasali, was one of the first contestants to arrive in Thailand.

Miss Universe Peru, Karla Bacigalupo, departed on October 26 and is already in Thailand ready to compete.

Miss Universe Colombia, Vanessa Pulgarín, arrived at the airport on October 30. She was seen off by a large crowd of fans. The 34-year-old beauty is 1.78m tall and is a contestant receiving special attention from the media. She was crowned Miss International Colombia 2017 and represented the country at Miss International 2017 but did not win.

Miss Universe Australia, Lexie Brant, wore a short strapless dress and light makeup when she went to the airport to fly to Thailand to compete.
