J&T Express delivery driver returns 96 million VND to customer who mistakenly transferred

On social media, Kha Hieu account (real name is Kha Van Hieu - shipper of post office 218C01 J&T Express - Mai Chau - Hoa Binh) shared: "Today is the third day since I received 96 million VND from the account holder named MUA Y VANG transfer, transaction history at 9:38 am on August 13, 2023. Because I am a shipper, there are many customers transferring money every day, some people transferred before, some people transferred later, so I can't remember who transferred. I hope anyone who transferred by mistake will please contact me again."

Mr. Hieu (red shirt) is happy because he returned the money that was mistakenly transferred to the customer.

Sharing with the post office where Mr. Hieu works, the head of post office 218C01 J&T Express - Mai Chau - Hoa Binh, Ms. Pham Thi Quyen confirmed the above incident and said that the customer brought identification documents to confirm the transaction and received the mistakenly transferred amount at the post office. The wrongly delivered order code is 855692747xxx - the order was 95,900 VND, the customer transferred 96 million VND. After the transfer, the customer did not know, and it was only after 3 days when seeing Mr. Hieu's message on social media that the customer discovered the mistake and contacted to get it back.

Mr. Hieu shared: "I am very happy because I was finally able to return the money to the customer. She was very happy to receive the money back and thanked me and the company forever. But if the customer transferred the money by mistake, I think I have the responsibility to return it, it's not a big deal. If other shippers were in my situation, they would do the same."
