The house was given to the family of Mr. Cham Lo (born in 1974), a Cham ethnic, residing in Hoi Thanh hamlet, Tan Hoi commune; the house has an area of over 40m2, worth 90 million VND, of which, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Tan Hung Sugarcane Branch sponsored 60 million VND, the rest was supported by the District and Commune Fund for the Poor.
