Tan Chau opens training course for reserve officers

This training session has 39 officers and non-commissioned officers attending.

Lieutenant Colonel Vo Van Gau attended and gave a speech directing the class.

Officers and non-commissioned officers are equipped with knowledge about the situation and general tasks of the people's armed forces, and the traditions and tasks of the unit.

Training period is 15 days (from April 2 - 16, 2025)

In this training session, 39 comrades, officers and non-commissioned officers, were equipped with knowledge about the situation and general tasks of the people's armed forces, the traditions and tasks of the unit; basic contents of the 2019 Law on Reserve Forces and sub-law documents; saluting and reporting movements; grasping tasks, calculating time, determining work to be done immediately, assessing the situation, planning combat plans and disseminating the planned combat plan to subordinates; movements of walking steadily, stopping, and changing feet while walking; field reconnaissance to complete combat plans; how to write lesson plans, make plans, and training schedules;

Approving the combat plan with the Party Committee; military democracy conference; assigning tasks, organizing coordination, instructing assurance; studying the training ground, developing a training plan; concluding, agreeing on the organization of training methods; checking, agreeing on the organization of training methods; checking and evaluating the results. The training period is 15 days, from April 2 to 16, 2025.

Through the training course, the aim is to foster and improve the political capacity, technical level, tactics and training organization methods for reserve officers from squad leader to battalion, as a basis for application in training to perform local military and defense tasks; contribute to maintaining political security - social order and safety in the area and successfully carrying out the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the current period.
