Nearly 1,000 mass artists participate in "Sen Village Singing" in 2025

This year's "Sen Village Singing" Mass Art Performance will open at 2:00 p.m. on May 16 and close at 2:00 p.m. on May 19, 2025 at the Nghe An Province Traditional Arts Center (No. 30, Nguyen Sy Sach Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province).

31 mass art troupes participated in the festival, including: An Giang , Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Cao Bang, Da Nang, Dak Lak, Dien Bien, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Gia Lai, Hai Duong, Ha Tinh, Hung Yen, Khanh Hoa, Lang Son, Long An, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Nghe An, Phu Tho, Quang Ngai, Son La, Tay Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue and Vinh Phuc.

Up to now, the delegations have completed and are urgently completing the program, each delegation brings its own nuances and feelings. Although different in style and region, all share the same sacred sentiment - deep gratitude to Uncle Ho.

With the gathering of nearly 1,000 mass artists from three regions of the country, this year's festival promises to be not only a cultural meeting place but also a spiritual gathering, where art takes off from love for the Fatherland and infinite respect for the great President Ho Chi Minh .

Previously, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 1095/QD-BVHTTDL on organizing the national "Sen Village Singing" Mass Art Performance to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An province to organize the Mass Art Performance "Sen Village Singing".

The festival will take place from May 15 to 19, 2025 in Nghe An province with the participation of the Mass Art Troupe of the Cultural Center; Cultural and Cinema Center; Cultural - Art Center; Cultural - Tourism Center; Center for Tourism Promotion and Culture, Cinema; Dam San General Music and Dance Theater of provinces and centrally run cities.

The units participating in the Festival built a comprehensive song-dance-music program, with a tight structure, closely following the content and theme of praising the Party and Uncle Ho; love for the homeland and country; Praising the life, revolutionary career and great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people; Achievements in labor, production, and the country's aspirations to enter a new era - an era of striving, developing prosperity, civilization, happiness and prosperity of the Vietnamese people.

Thereby educating political ideology; strongly arousing the spirit of patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride, aspiration to contribute and the strength of great national unity in the cause of national renewal and international integration.

The "Sen Village Singing" performance is one of the propaganda activities to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025); expressing the sincere remembrance and deep gratitude of the Vietnamese people, the love and respect of people around the world for President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader, national liberation hero, world cultural celebrity.

To widely propagate to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life a full and profound awareness of the immense merits and great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause; to contribute to deepening and effectively implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, to build a clean and strong Party and political system, to promote the will, aspiration and strength of great national unity combined with the strength of the times, to build a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic, prosperous and strong Vietnam, steadily moving towards socialism.

Through the commemorative propaganda activities, we contribute to consolidating and fostering the people's trust in the Party; encouraging patriotic emulation movements, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
