More than 100 businesses update AI knowledge in production and business

On the morning of May 13, the Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association in collaboration with the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Nghe An - Ha Tinh - Quang Binh Branch organized a workshop with the theme: "Application of artificial intelligence AI in business activities of enterprises".

Artificial Intelligence AI has become a trend applied in all aspects of economic and social life and is becoming an important tool in applying to business operations. With its strengths in data analysis, prediction and providing optimal solutions, AI can improve work performance, optimize costs and resources, provide personalized solutions for customer management, human resource management in businesses.

During the 2 days (May 13-14), more than 100 students representing businesses in the province will listen and discuss the effectiveness of the application in forming smart content strategies with AI; applying AI in digital marketing on Facebook Business and Zalo Business (OA) platforms in e-commerce business and measuring optimal customer service efficiency.

In addition, business representatives also raised issues in the process of applying AI in businesses such as: many units are ready to apply but only in simple fields or due to uneven information technology levels in businesses leading to difficulty in synchronization. Many businesses and production facilities that are operating traditionally are not ready to change to apply AI in management and operations, requiring businesses not only to be ready to accept but also to persevere in implementing it to create long-term and sustainable effectiveness...
