The Ha Tinh Electricity Company's Trade Union is coordinating with the professional team to pilot the customer care application within EVN. Accordingly, 100% of the company's staff, union members and employees will install and experience the new customer care application of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).

This is the content implemented according to document No. 755/CV-CĐĐVN dated December 2, 2025 of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union sent to its affiliated trade unions on coordinating the pilot implementation of customer care (CSKH) applications within the units of the Group.
Previously, on November 19, 2025, EVN issued Document No. 742/EVN-KDMBĐ on piloting the application of customer care within the Group's units.
The customer service application includes the most essential functions such as:
- Monitor daily electricity consumption and meter readings;
- Check bills and pay electricity bills;
- Incident notification;
- Account management and other convenient features...

The group plans to announce the rollout of the application to all electricity customers on December 21, 2025.
To ensure that the application is deployed as planned and meets the necessary requirements of users, EVN deploys and disseminates to all employees, workers and family members of its unit to install, use, experience and give feedback to complete the application before expanding deployment.
The application uses real data, customers can make official electricity bill payments (instead of other payment channels). The application will be applied across the entire EVN system to create consistency, increase transparency, and help prevent fraud and impersonation of electricity industry customer care services through online channels.
