The Trade Union of Ha Tinh Power Company is coordinating with the professional departments to pilot a customer care application within EVN. Accordingly, 100% of the company's officials, union members, and employees will install and experience the new customer care application of the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).

This content is implemented in accordance with document No. 755/CV-CĐĐVN dated December 2, 2025, from the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union to its affiliated trade unions regarding the coordination of the pilot implementation of customer care applications within the units of the Group.
Previously, on November 19, 2025, EVN issued document No. 742/EVN-KDMBĐ regarding the pilot implementation of customer service applications within the Group's units.
The customer service application includes the most essential functions such as:
- Monitor electricity consumption and meter readings daily;
- Look up and pay your electricity bill;
- Incident notification;
- Account management and other useful features...

The corporation plans to announce the rollout of the application to all electricity customers on December 21, 2025.
To ensure the application is deployed as planned and meets the essential needs of users, EVN is deploying and disseminating information to all employees, workers, and family members within its units to install, use, experience, and provide feedback to improve the application before expanding its deployment.
Using real data, the application allows customers to make official electricity bill payments (instead of other payment channels). The application will be implemented across the entire EVN system to ensure uniformity, enhance transparency, and help prevent fraud and impersonation of EVN's customer service through online channels.
