Tan Chau: Training on grassroots mediation and legal access standards

Awarding certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in legaleducation and dissemination, grassroots mediation and advisory work to build communes and towns that meet legal access standards by 2024.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the following contents: skills in accessing information about the mediation case and the needs of the parties; skills in finding conflicts, core conflicts of interest, and main causes; skills in looking up, consulting, and applying laws, customs, and good traditional practices of the nation in mediation activities at the grassroots level; skills in organizing, operating, and controlling mediation sessions; skills in consulting, guiding, explaining, persuading, and mobilizing the parties to reach an agreement to settle conflicts and disputes.

Delegates also participated in a seminar on building and evaluating legal access standards; disseminating the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order in 2024 and Decree 168/2024/ND-CP. dated December 29, 2024 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; Law on Social Insurance 2024...

On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in disseminating legal education, grassroots mediation and consulting work to build communes and towns that meet legal access standards in 2024.
