The number of Korean teachers sent to Vietnam will be decided annually through discussion between the parties.
About 43,000 Vietnamese students in Korea
According to information from the Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Education and Training), in the 2024-2025 school year, the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training will support the procedures for receiving 9 volunteer teachers to teach at a number of high schools in Hanoi, Bac Giang and Hai Phong.
The Korean side has supported the completion of documents and textbooks for grades 3 and 4 (for foreign language 1) and documents from grades 6 to 10 (foreign language 2).
