This is a recognition following the Emulation Flag of the People's Committee of Da Nang City for Dong A University - a unit with outstanding achievements in the city's patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025, awarded at the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year and after a series of recognitions for 10 consecutive years before.

Authorized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Le Van Dai - Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation presented the Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to Dong A University.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao - President of Dong A University acknowledged the many achievements of the school's lecturers and students. Most recently, on November 15, Dong A University held a blue and white coat ceremony, the opening ceremony of the international medical doctor training program, academic year 2025-2031 with a class of Indian students in addition to the class of Vietnamese students, marking a strong internationalization turning point of the school.
With quality assurance and accreditation activities, in 2025, Dong A University will be recognized with 22 training programs (CTDT) meeting quality standards, in addition to 4 CTDTs that have just completed AUN-QA assessment last October and 2 consecutive 5-year cycles meeting educational institution quality accreditation standards.
In scientific research activities, the school's lecturers have had 89 scientific articles published in prestigious international and domestic journals; Scientific research and entrepreneurship among students are strongly promoted and improved with more and more topics applying AI and new technologies to product/project development to serve the community.

Dong A University provides support to lecturers, staff and students whose families suffered heavy losses in the recent storms and floods.
“In the current intellectual challenge stage, the school continues to break through 17 target groups, including two key work groups: the human resource development program and the training program for students to achieve output capacity to work abroad and have a culture of responsibility to contribute to the country's community,” Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao added.
On this occasion, the school and the Dong A University Trade Union also spent more than 50 million VND to support and share with lecturers, staff and students whose families suffered heavy losses in the storms and floods in October and November in the Central provinces.
Previously, on October 20, the school also donated nearly 600 million VND to support and share with people, students and lecturers in the Northern and North Central regions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods in 2025; organized visits and provided support to families of lecturers and union members of the school in flood-affected areas in Hue City and Da Nang.
