Create consensus and solidarity to build the homeland

In recent times, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Ban Lam Ha commune has promoted its role in gathering national solidarity.

Mr. Nguyen Trong An - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Ban Lam Ha commune said: From 2024 to now, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has implemented many programs, plans, and tasks towards the grassroots. Notably: mobilizing more than 1,000 working days, donating land and contributing nearly 30 billion VND to expand and renew about 60 km of roads; supporting the construction and repair of 51 Great Unity houses, Houses of Gratitude; supporting 18 ethnic minority households, poor and near-poor households with livelihood models for poor households to develop their economy and escape poverty with an amount of 105 million VND...

Every year, the "For the Poor" Fund is mobilized and the "For the Poor" peak month is held. The mobilization results of each year are higher than the previous year; thereby, the mobilization has achieved 105% of the assigned target with an amount of more than 520 million VND.

At the same time, proactively coordinated with the People's Committee and member organizations to visit and give gifts to disadvantaged households, policy families, and the elderly in the area on the occasion of the Lunar New Year to effectively implement social security policies and presented 600 gifts with a total value of 250 million VND. In addition, promptly mobilized, donated to support and help people in the northern provinces affected by natural disasters and calamities caused by storm Yagi with an amount of more than 900 million VND. Along with that, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune presented 420 gifts to students worth 105 million VND; presented 30 gifts worth 45 million VND to young people recruited for military service.

By the end of 2024, the whole commune will have 35 residential areas achieving the title of typical residential area; of which 16 residential areas will achieve the title of model residential area at the provincial level. People in the commune have voluntarily donated land, contributed over 30 billion VND and thousands of working days to expand roads, renovate residential area infrastructure...

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Ban Lam Ha commune has coordinated to support the implementation of many self-management models that operate effectively in various areas of local social life. Thereby, there have been 7 effective models in areas such as: security and order, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, culture - arts, economic development... At the same time, promote propaganda and mobilize people to implement socio-economic development targets and tasks, especially developing and maintaining farm and cooperative economic models.

With the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit", from 2024 to present, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune has coordinated to organize meetings with voters with National Assembly deputies, provincial deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, with the participation of over 1,500 voters; organized 52 propaganda conferences, with 1,200 participants, distributed 5,000 leaflets; propagated 45 news and articles on mass media, information pages such as: zalo, facebook, fanpage. Periodically, coordinated to organize the forum "Police listen to people's opinions", organized 12 forums, with over 800 participants...

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Creativity - Development", entering the period of 2025 - 2030, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Ban Lam Ha commune continues to affirm its core role in promoting the strength of great national unity. This is not only a political and social goal, but also an urgent requirement to build a strong homeland.
