Creating breakthroughs in advising on the implementation of strategic resolutions.

On the morning of December 15th, in Hanoi, Standing Committee member of the Party Central Committee Tran Cam Tu chaired a conference to review, evaluate, and rank the Standing Committee and collectives and individuals of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies for the year 2025.

In his directive speech, Mr. Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements made over the past year. In particular, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies has decisively led and taken the lead in streamlining the organizational structure; focusing on leading and directing the review of Resolution No. 18 of the Central Party Committee. The Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies and their subordinate Party Committees have completed the reorganization of the organizational structure, downsizing of personnel, and restructuring of the leadership and management team, achieving concrete results.

In addition, the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies and 100% of the subordinate Party Committees successfully held their congresses according to plan and regulations. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies strengthened leadership in implementing digital transformation and applying information technology in accordance with Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo and Regulation No. 204 of the Central Party Secretariat.

Emphasizing the importance of implementing the Politburo 's strategic resolutions, Mr. Tran Cam Tu stated that a breakthrough is needed in the organization and implementation of these strategic resolutions in the coming period. Along with advising on the issuance of strategic resolutions, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies needs to lead and direct the inspection and supervision of their implementation, promptly highlighting difficulties, obstacles, and limitations in the implementation process…

Mr. Tran Cam Tu requested that the Standing Committee and all individuals within the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies uphold a high sense of responsibility, continue to overcome the limitations of traditional methods in some aspects of work, and innovate decisively to meet the demands of reality; at the same time, resolutely reform personnel work in the spirit of "in, out, promotion, and demotion".
