Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee emphasized: This is a meaningful event, marking a new step forward in the tourism development strategy of Thai Nguyen province, aiming to turn Nui Coc Lake into an international-class resort and eco-tourism destination. He informed that in the tourism development strategy, Thai Nguyen sets a breakthrough goal, striving to have about 6 million visitors to Thai Nguyen by 2025 and striving to maintain 10 - 15 million visitors to Thai Nguyen in the period of 2026 - 2030, including about 100 - 150 thousand visitors in the high-end segment. The international resort project at Nui Coc Lake is a very specific step to concretize the goals and aspirations for the development of Thai Nguyen tourism. Emphasizing that Nui Coc Lake is a symbol of harmonious intervention between humans and nature, making both the natural environment and humans better, the Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee hopes that the international resort project at Nui Coc Lake will be a green project and become an organic part of the natural environment here, contributing to promoting the province's socio-economic development rapidly and sustainably. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also affirmed: Thai Nguyen Province is committed to accompanying investors 24/7 to put the project into operation soon, serving the people and the development of Thai Nguyen; as well as committing to creating the most favorable conditions for all investors coming to Thai Nguyen.
