GELEX Group and FPT Group cooperate to promote comprehensive digital transformation

GELEX Group and FPT Group have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation to promote comprehensive digital transformation, enhance the business efficiency of both parties and contribute to the country's economic development.

GELEX and FPT have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Specifically, GELEX and FPT are expected to cooperate in 4 areas, including: Comprehensive digital transformation activities from the Group level to GELEX's member companies; Deploying telecommunications infrastructure for GELEX's real estate projects (residential, office, industrial parks); Investment cooperation to implement Data Center projects; Cooperation in the semiconductor sector: Building facilities to serve research and development work and consortia inviting big names to Vietnam to research and develop this field.

This cooperation helps both sides maximize their potential, support each other to develop more strongly in the Vietnamese and international markets, open up new opportunities for potential fields and attract investment cooperation from global partners.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT Corporation, hopes that through this cooperation, the two enterprises will provide suitable products and services for the ecosystems of both sides. In particular, FPT and GELEX will share corporate culture, promoting innovation through the core values of both sides. FPT will bring the experiences and successful formulas accumulated through major projects to contribute to the important transformation, serving the goals that GELEX is aiming for.

Since 2017, FPT Group has had initial cooperation with GELEX such as providing information technology services, security equipment, data storage systems (CMS), office digitalization projects, digitalization of human resource management processes, consulting on cloud computing system deployment... for GELEX.
