Training on creating electronic invoices from cash registers

At the conference, businesses, business households, and individual businesses were trained by tax officials and electronic invoice service providers on the initialization process from cash registers to electronic data transfer with tax authorities. Once initialization is complete, the data is transferred to the tax authorities through the organization providing electronic data receiving, transmitting, and storage services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This helps tax authorities to conveniently manage and easily look up information on the website hoadondientu.gdt.gov.vn or the electronic invoice lookup application on mobile phones. Issuing invoices at the time of transaction helps save time, costs, make transactions transparent, and minimize delays between payment and invoice issuance.

In addition, tax officials and service providers also support taxpayers in preparing financial and accounting reports; simplifying tax declaration and payment procedures; supporting taxpayers in effective management, easy lookup and enhancing reputation with customers.

Tax officials also informed businesses and business households: from February 1, 2026, the Government will abolish the application of lump-sum tax and business households will have to self-declare and pay, be responsible before the law, strictly comply with tax law provisions, especially Decree 70 of the Government.

The tax authority has instructed the construction of simple accounting books, minimizing complicated operations for taxpayers, just need to update the invoice data to have account data. Enterprises and business households only need to read, press the accept button, simple and easy operations to be able to accurately track revenue, costs, and profits to optimize the business process.

The conference helped businesses and individuals improve their knowledge and skills in operating their businesses in line with new requirements, especially when the Government is promoting digital transformation. Tax authorities will accompany and support the promotion of production and business activities and the fulfillment of obligations to pay the State budget.
