Professional training for nearly 240 people's jurors of Khanh Hoa province

On the morning of November 14, the Provincial People's Court organized a professional training conference for people's jurors of the People's Courts at 2 provincial levels in 2025.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Court and delegates attended the training.

At the conference, nearly 240 jurors were trained in a number of contents: Skills in building judicial trust files and serving judicial trust documents; canceling individual decisions in resolving civil cases related to land disputes; skills in handling petitions and studying first-instance administrative case files. The conference also spent a lot of time exchanging, discussing, answering questions and providing guidance on the consistent application of the law in the trial and resolution of all types of cases.

The conference aims to continue to foster and improve skills in conducting court sessions, researching files, resolving cases; participating in conducting court sessions; creating conditions for the two-level people's court jury groups to exchange experiences in trial work.
