Training on trade union work in 2023

On the morning of November 15, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union organized a training conference on trade union work in 2023 for 150 delegates who are Chairmen and accountants of affiliated grassroots trade unions.

At the conference, delegates listened to the implementation of the contents of the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028; Instructions on the management and use of grassroots trade union finances.

At the same time, discuss and share difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process at the unit and propose solutions to overcome them.

Through the conference, we aim to foster and improve awareness, skills and expertise for union officials. Thereby, contributing to innovation in content, methods and improving the quality of union activities in the new period.
