Colonel Do Van Hau, Deputy Director of the Quartermaster Department, said that up to now, regarding ensuring military uniforms for training, according to the hierarchy, the units have created sources for purchasing, receiving military uniforms provided by the Quartermaster Department and using standard military uniforms regularly to ensure for the forces, from April 4, 2024, enough for training has been ensured. Based on the conclusion of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army at the conference to review joint training experiences on April 4, 2024, the Quartermaster Department has reported on the approval of the uniform model of the Fire Line Civilian Block, and is urgently deploying production to continue to ensure. Regarding ensuring military uniforms, uniforms for preliminary review, general rehearsal and official duties, currently, agencies and units are actively deploying production and distribution to the forces. Up to now, enough uniform K24 military uniforms have been provided for most blocks. In particular, regarding food security, units of Military Region 2 assigned to ensure food supplies for forces participating in the parade have actively implemented increased production, organized the planting of 4 hectares of various vegetables, expected to be harvested from April 24 to May 9, with reserves of about 60.2 tons of tubers and fruits, capable of ensuring the participation of the Army forces and ready to ensure the participation of other forces attending the ceremony. In addition, units of Military Region 2 have proactively raised pigs, buffaloes, cows, and poultry, contacted local production facilities to import pigs and poultry ready for harvest for slaughter; capable of ensuring 16.8 tons of pork; 5.4 tons of poultry and 6 tons of beef. Regarding the remaining food shortage, the unit has contacted and contracted with reputable businesses in Dien Bien Phu City, ready to meet the demand during the ceremony...
