On June 18, social media shared a clip of a girl running out onto the railway tracks to pose for a photo. At that moment, a train was approaching.

The clip was filmed at the railway coffee street through Hang Bong ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi .

Mr. NV said the man who rushed out to pull the female tourist inside was Mr. PH (61 years old - Mr. V.'s father).

Mr. V. said the girl in the video was a tourist. She and another person were walking along the railway tracks in the railway cafe neighborhood on June 17.

When the train arrived, residents and business owners asked tourists to stand in a safe area. However, the girl suddenly rushed out and stood on the tracks, intending to pose for a photo. The train continuously sounded its horn to announce the arrival.

Witnessing the tourist's actions, Mr. H. standing on the side of the road rushed to stop her, pulling her inside in time before the train arrived.

The leader of the People's Committee of Hang Bong Ward (Hoan Kiem District) said that functional units are checking the incident and will take action if violations are discovered.
