Tay Giang District People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Information to manage and guide the use of the logo throughout the district in events serving political tasks, economic, commercial, cultural, social, foreign affairs activities and non-profit activities to promote and affirm the position of the district in the period of integration and development.

If the logo is used for other purposes, written consent must be obtained from the District People's Committee or authorized professional agency.

Tay Giang District People's Committee is the copyright owner of the work "Tay Giang District Logo". At the same time, it has the right to suspend the production, printing, engraving, pasting, and copying of the logo. Remind and correct activities that violate regulations on logo management and use that negatively affect the reputation and image of Tay Giang District.

Tay Giang district logo is a combination of image and background with the highlight of the two letters T, G stylized from the name Tay Giang into a harmonious, flexible and impressive layout.

The letter T is the image of a Lac bird, a Triing bird, representing the peace and prosperity of a land where birds nest. The focus of the logo is the image of a traditional Co Tu village with a communal house in the middle of the village that plays an important role in the cultural and spiritual life of the Co Tu people.

Images of cinnamon mountain peaks, pơmu forests, Chuor terraced fields, K'ool River, Lang River... are famous landmarks of Tay Giang. The overall logo is a unified block, neatly arranged in a circle symbolizing perfection and completeness.

The five-pointed golden star symbolizes the light of the Party and State's guidelines, the shining talent and intelligence of Tay Giang people on the path of development towards the future.
