In this series, Sam Burns took 20 strokes to put the ball in the hole, while Ryan Fox took 19 strokes to put the ball in the hole. Thereby, Ryan Fox won the 2025 RBC Canadian Open championship. Sam Burns ranked second in the tournament.
Kevin Yu (Australia) finished 3rd overall with a total score of -17 strokes. Cameron Young (USA) and Matt McCarty (USA) finished 4th with a total score of -16 strokes each.
Meanwhile, world number two Rory McIlroy did not play well at this year's tournament. The Northern Irish golfer was eliminated halfway through the tournament, due to not meeting the standard number of strokes.
Another famous golfer, Shane Lowry (Ireland), although not cut off, still could not take the top positions. Shane Lowry had a total score of -13 strokes, ranked T13.
