Nguyen Tuan Anh won overwhelmingly at the 2025 National Youth Golf Championship

After a stumble at the 2025 Vietnam Amateur Open Championship (VAO), where he finished third and missed out on a spot at the 33rd SEA Games, Nguyen Tuan Anh has returned strongly, showing clear maturity in both playing tactics and mentality on the field.

Also at Dalat Palace Golf Club this week, Tuan Anh played a perfect tournament. He had almost no opponents on his journey, achieving a total score of -12, convincingly winning the National Junior Golf Championship (VJO) 2025.

In the final round, the 16-year-old golfer had an explosive start with 5 birdies in just the first 9 holes. In the next 9 holes, Tuan Anh continued to score 3 more birdies and only had one bogey at hole 8 to complete an excellent round with 65 strokes (-7).

Nguyen Quoc Bao Huy finished second with a total score of -2, after a steady final round of 3 birdies and only 1 bogey. Meanwhile, Le Khanh Hung made a strong breakthrough with 6 birdies in the final round, finishing the tournament in third place with a total score of -1.

The fourth place belongs to Arena Tran and Pasit Ratakua (Thailand), when both achieved a total score of even par (E) after three rounds.

The final day of competition also witnessed 3 impressive eagles scored by Felix Gan (hole 3), Chin Jing Sheng (hole 6) and Nguyen Bao Minh (hole 13) - highlights that contributed to an emotional and dramatic final round.
